Hi everyone, I’m planning to switch to Enkei T6R 18x8J ET40. They don’t come with wheel nuts, so I’m looking at getting Rays 17 Hex ones. Would 31mm length be enough? and how about the spigot rings seems Enkei doesn't have 72.6mm to 60.1mm?

We are rolling on TSW Imatra wheels these days. (Available on the store)

18 x 9" ET35, Laced with Yokohama AO52 255/35R18

Evo Corse offer plenty of rally style wheels as well, we have previously had MonteCorse and SanremoCorse fitted to our car.

All available on our store.

Interesting to see what everyone has fitted! Given us some ideas for new things to source.

Would that spec rub on stock suspension?!

Is it the case that with any aftermarket wheels for the Yaris, you will need a different bolt set?
Was liking the look of the Oz Racing Rally wheel for a set of winter wheels and have read elsewhere occasionally about having to purchase new bolts.

Most aftermarkets alloys require 60 ° taper IIRC , the OZ TGR WRT needed 60° taper extended thread for a good amount of turns, I counted approx 11 IIRC, without the extended thread you only get around 6 which isn't ideal safety wise

18x8.5 +38 EVO X Enkei painted black - lovely fitment on stock suspension and ton of brake caliper clearance + you can use oem high quality nuts which is a huge bonus for me. Tire is Nokian WR 225/40 18

Loving the look of them. I think my Braid FullRace A winter wheels will be getting a colour change to black next summer ready for next winter.

Thanks ! I've always wanted EVO IX MR wheels or X wheels for my GR Yaris. I've sold my set of Arcasting ZAR this year and started hunt for those - It was kind of bucket list mod for me for a long time and I'm glad I did it - they came out great :)

Me, I was determined not to get anything heavier, having changed wheels on another car and noticed the reduction in compliance that came with heavier wheels.

In the end I bought wheels which are some 600 g per corner lighter than the OEM BBS.

How many of you look at the weight of an aftermarket wheel before purchasing, concerned about adding weight to the car over stock wheels?
Depends on your needs really. I went a little heavier and don't regret it. My decision was taken on the b-roads over here and the harsh winter. So went with a durable but slightly heavier proper Rally wheel that's significantly cheaper to replace than the eye watering cost of one of the OEM BBS forged ones. If I was using the car for Track work I would look for a lighter/similar weighted rim mind.
