forces are highest in control arms / subframe, not in strut tops. (talking about directional changes, not jumping)I already have a front and rear strut brace which will at least help a bit in the spots where the forces are highest.
To genuinely gain structural rigidity from a cage you'd probably have to go for a full weld in cage.
I don't think that a bolted cage will do that much.
Given that our MK1s Chassis is already very rigid I'm not that fussed.
