Back from the dealership, service done.
1 year ago they didn't have the correct engine oil in stock and I had to order it myself and bring it to them, because they didn't have enough clients with this car to justify keeping it in stock, since then I've been sending them every GR Yaris owner I could find and it paid off it seems as they now have it in stock
As expected the combination meter fix wasn't available yet.
And apparently my I/C spray nozzles are dead, I noticed water would keep dripping from them even when not using the system, their theory is that the nozzles work with a small check valve inside to prevent water from coming out unless the system is pressurized, and the water I've put in the tank was too hard and damaged the check valves. Honestly I don't know much about spray nozzles so who knows, but they'll replace all 3 nozzles under warranty and see if it solves the issue. My first theory was a defective pump, as I didn't know these nozzles could have check valves inside, so we'll see who's right
