I have found that on the videos you get an even better impression of the design and its stunning proportions than you do on the press photos.
Here are some good ones I have found for this.
Well Toyota put up this teaser poster up on the Fuji Speedway and it shows the car wearing the GR badge just like it should
Full reveal will apparently be in December but in this live stream they gave a teaser of the engine sound
Skip to 44:50 for it
MPS Engineering which are the go-to guys for Tuning the GR Yaris here in Germany are doing ~ 340 hp and 450 nm with a tune and downpipe. That's the safe level. After that you need to touch internals unless you like playing the lottery. MPS did 15000 km on a 400 hp stock block before it blew up
Hi.
Don't know if this is the right place to post since the event is already over but the Toyota Collection opened today and the theme was Motorsports and the GR models so I decided to attend it. It was really nice seeing all these cars and people there. I took quite a few pictures of things I...
So this is the end to an era for me. I had my GR Yaris since December 2020. I never had a car for that long. I used to switch cars regularly but the Yaris cured me from it. Quite a few cars I looked at over the years failed to measure up to it. Often to my own surprise even. This little...
Nah it's not that extreme.

Would surprise me if it wasn't. After all this was apparently designed as a race car first.
Will be interesting to see under which brand it will be sold. The Lexus performance cars all leaned more into luxury and comfort than outright performance. The LFA being the only 500 car strong exception...
https://www.carscoops.com/2025/02/toyota-lexus-supercar-could-debut-this-summer-with-900-hp-hybrid-v8/
New rumors.
Production start in Summer 2025
4L V8 hybrid with 900 HP
Price in Japan 30 million Yen ($197,000)
Unlimited production unlike the Lexus LFA
Sounds to me like it's simply not resonated. That alone completely changes how the car sounds from my experience. My Milltek sounds completely different between the resonated and non-resonated one.
Believe me I would if I would have the means for it. Unfortunately I'm not one those wealthy GR owners with huge collections.
But even if I would have the money for it. I'm the type of guy who prefers to have one "baby" that gets all the attention if you know what I mean. Never saw the need...
I guess that's really where tastes differ. The combination of the KW coilovers along with those BBS wheels is perfection in my eyes. I have to give kudos to the previous owner of it.
