Spoke to Toyota direct, very helpful, car now in Derby. Should be on the transporter next week then to the dealers, so it's looking like it will be before the end of the month which will do me just fine!
As mine was on the same boat I wonder if mine will be around then too? Not heard anything apart from my earlier chat with Toyota saying end of October. Think I might phone them again…

Apart from the grey demo GR86 I drove I saw my first one out in the wild today in the red, looked so much better in real life, black wheels go really well too.
