GR86 What did you do with your GR86 today

One thing I noticed whilst doing the first clean was the huge gap where the boot and rear windscreen meet. I'd totally dismissed the "TRD GR Aero Stabilizing Cover" up until that point but thanks to some speedy shipping from @Fensport its now fitted and I think looks great!

Also had a play to get a better picture in my head of what a black ducktail might look like... I like it!

I would prefer the duckbill spoiler in black as a contrast against any of the colours that were available for the GR86.

If the carbon fibre duckbill spoiler was cheaper that would look great too.

Love that finish. Have you taken any paint measurements beforehand? What pad and polish combo did you go with and how many passes?
No measurements. Single pass using Koch Chemie micro cut with purple microcut pad. Overall the paint was pretty good. Light cut high gloss has come up really nice. Now applying Gyeon Mohs. Wheels done with gtechnicq c5.

I dropped my car off at KDS this morning. Now on the train home. Looks like we have had the first official GR86 owners meet without their owners :ROFLMAO: it's nice to see another one in the flesh, the electric blue looks stunning @Conscript you are going to be one happy man, I had a good nose ;) the paintwork is looking absolutely fantastic, you aren't going to want to drive it.

The guys there are amazing, very passionate and knowledgeable.

They estimated it would be ready hopefully tomorrow, but if not, sometime later this week. Can't wait :D
