Yes they were when i got mine, I paid just over $100 from somewhere like Romania.

It fitted well and is much better than the OEM, its right up as high as it can go and I wouldnt go back. Any mirror is not perfect in these car tho as has been said previously, the angle when its high up to means when you sight under the low roof line / rear spoiler you dont 'see' that far back down the road. Simple fix tho, just drive faster than the other traffic...

Not sure if this Avensis mirror might be a 87810-0D100 or 800? Can’t see the number though.

cover sensor on back with hand and shine phone torch into sensor on front and watch glass dim
 
The dimming isnt instant like a switch, its gradual. If when youre driving along youre not blinded then its working... switch the switch off and see if the lights behind begin to annoy you after a minute or so. Last test: If you can look at the lights in the mirror then its probably working...
 
Good work. I removed an arc from the edge cylindrical arm tube to do a similar increase in angle but I think your mirror sits even closer to the top
