GR Yaris Rötheli Racing GR Yaris

Ok watched the Vid again. Got my head around it I think. Thats a straight type of failure. Bit hard to see what's going on Re the internal contacts. Do they come apart for some reason?.
I might buy some sealant then just to prepare.
My GR only fuel cut the one time, so far anyway but it should not happen. I don't think it was an over boost. Nothing unusual with the boost pressure when I recalled it on the gauge I am using.

Exactly. The contacts come apart.
My suggestion is always to get a new sensor from Toyota under warranty and than fill and seal the new one.

So $46.00 AUD plus postage direct from Japan for the fuel pressure sensor.
I maybe up for GST of 10%. Depends how prickly Customs get :rolleyes:

@Sekred
Yes I have seen that. I'm always looking at their website for new bits. Requires calibration which would mean a trip to the tuner. Getting your head round the M1 is not easy. For me anyway.

Surely any standard high temp RTV sealant would work? You can get a small tube of that for under 10 quid/euro/bucks
