the rear diff is not to bad IMHO. same as mine after 1400miles. I was concerned it looked reddish, but thats how the OEM oil is. So it has not turned completely black as in some YT videos.Rear diff, yuk.
6000 km is that your first swap ?

Great stuff @mattipuh , would love to be able to go driving in those sort of snowy conditions
I assume you must have some safety/rescue kit in the car in case you get stuck? Wouldn't be good to get stuck in a snowbank overnight!
Yep, important to practice and develop techniques to 'feel' the grip available (understeer, scandi, tap brakes and even handbrake) and assuming worst case always on approach of an unexplored bend (basically any bend if not going round and round on a round course...)Mostly due to varying amounts of grip from the tires. Most exiting yet dangerous. Oh la la.![]()
Not buckled wheel and touching strut? I had that once took me a while to find it.Argh - swapped the front camber bolts in and got weird knocking sound from the front left(?) in return. Seems to disappear when pressing slightly brake.
Checked wheels and dust protection plates behind front disc - all seem to be free to turn, yet something is hitting somewhere.
Sound appears when turning slightly or going straight, turning more seem to remove the sound (as does braking).
Got hint to do few proper brakings and check if its just residual but somehow feel it is something mechanical.
Oh well..
buckled? took wheels off and put them on again, same story. Not buckled wheel and touching strut? I had that once took me a while to find it.
