possible but would guess to feel something vague in steering if this would be the case - I clamped them quite tightly but good to check anyway. Can the camber bolt move? Only the clamping force keeps it in place because it's narrower than the hole it sits in. Apparently they come loose easily unless you really torque them down good.
Did you tighten them with the wheels on the ground?possible but would guess to feel something vague in steering if this would be the case - I clamped them quite tightly but good to check anyway.
nope, in the air but I had jack giving some pressure from below..Did you tighten them with the wheels on the ground?
So long as there was some loading on them then that should have been fine.nope, in the air but I had jack giving some pressure from below..
He joined the Knight Industries squad so I'm helping him, just went fishing with DevonWho are you and what have you done with mattipuh?![]()
its the K.A.R.R we're using and yes it talks loud and clear, mostly via vivid rear axle!Is your car black now and do you understand what he is saying?
Yeah as stated in before it is worth checking the alignment as mine was quite off aswell. Before you had too much toe in, which also results is dead steering feel as both tyres are fighting each other so there is no feel of transition in grip.
I personally prefer toe in with this amount of camber but if you like the toe out that's fine... Maybe works better on your slightly stretched nordic tyres and will work with summers obviously...
It was - GR is epic fun machine and track was perfect as it had no banks - it was safe to test limits. Studded tires would have been nice but then again good to practice with those tires that you use in everyday life.Looks like great fun! I'd love to do that!
