GR Yaris Hello there

The more I look at this photo the more confused I get...

The tracks from the front wheel curve to the left of the picture but the tracks from the rear wheels curve to the right!

How did you manage that?!
LOL. Cowboy magic! Guess I've turned to the right initially but straighened the wheel before stopping. or maybe it was in the middle of Twin Peaks district next to the log Lady's cabin..

Found few nice pics from my oldies. Still one of the best cars, especially the coral red that was not 100% track ready built.

968 has straight-4 3.0ltr 16v engine with 236ps and 305Nm at 4krpm. Not that high figures but with wide torque curve and good response it is fun engine to drive! With proper driver can compete against mk1 gt3’s.. with larger intake valves and bored out block (3.1ltr) 250hp/350Nm.

Those white wheels was 18” magnesium speedline corse type 2017 - same that was used in Ferrari 355 Challenge.

Used the red one as a daily for 3 years and rolled +60tkm - great memories..!

Have been away from the cockpit for few days due to Corona - not nice stuff to experience even with 3 vaccinations and good overall condition. Luckily today managed to walk already to the garage - we wen't to fill up some soft footballs with our 1yr old and he inisisted that we should go out for a spin with GR and then we did. That boy has some good ideas - and hopefully a bright future ahead!

Love a 968 👍
Its a bit underdog but definitely fast car if driven properly. Good package. Shouldn't have sold the last one but then again was too tempted to go into racing... Good memories nevertheless! Build as a tank..

Laughing and crying at the same time. Glad holiday is starting.
Car visited in the maintenance for roof liner glueing.. apparently it did not get fixed (2nd time for this job- though different garage this time).

Car got the roof liners fully serviced and update to the collision radar. fun to see if I get those random collision detection errors away...
But glad the car is now almost in 100% condition. Waiting to update those brake cooling lines and IC soon...

Duh - put the race car earlier for sale as had no time, resources etc. to finish the build. Now it is actually going.
Kind of hard to let it go as have owned it for almost 10 years. Well, everything as an end and it did provide me really fun times on the track.
Actually lucky that managed to sell it 'as a project' - not that easy these days.

Soon there's only Toyotas in the garage - this is rather worrying trend here.. !
