GR86 GR86 - What wheels and tyres are you thinking about?

TWS Forged T66-F Wheels 18x8.5 ET42. They make wheels for lots of race series and for some OEM's. This is my front runner so far or an OZ again https://www.nengun.com/tws/t66-f-wheels

Me too! Saw the same video yesterday, went digging but can only find them in 9.5j 😞 too meaty.

My SA20R arrived a couple days ago,

Planning to pair them with pilotsport 5: 245/35/18.
Some really differant shades depending on the lighting, excited to see them against the grey paintwork.

Nice wheels!

I won't be pulling the trigger on wheels anytime soon. I think I'll use up the Pilot Sport 4's on the stock wheels, then when they need replacing, whack on some good winters, then buy a set of new wheels and tires. Still eyeing up Bola's FP2's as a good value, good looking forged wheel.

Looking forward to seeing those on the car 👍

As a general point for everyone swapping wheels it would be great if folk could stick one on the scales and post what they weigh “naked” so to speak , we will add this to the ”Wheel Library“ as things develop.

Not cheap mind.
I can almost import them myself for less. I'll have to keep looking. I'd like to spend less than £2k with tyres. Few years ago some OZ's in that size with Michelin PS4's were around £1500

After the test drives anyone else thinking of swapping to 17s to take the edge of the ride over our super smooth roads 🤔

I thought 16s might go over the brakes. I have a set, but I think the offset is going to be too low---if the GR is around 47 or so, these are 35 so might stick out too much. Perhaps a cheap set of GT86 Primo wheels is the way to go.
