There is a light dimmer dial on the lower right dash area, I think if you dial it down it dims the dash lights

They are from America and not bad value (in my opinion) especially being genuine Toyota items. As you say, I think they look really good and fit the shape of the buttons perfectly. I think the American key has a panic button where we have a blank.

Great to see so many collections today, didn't think there would be many this week, given how close to Christmas it is. Enjoy the cars! :)

Joined the collected list yesterday, enjoyed cleaning her for the first time today including a clay bar and machine polish, love the white pearlescent paint in the sun. I wasn't too sure the aero stabiliser was worth the money but it definitely finishes the rear nicely especially with the spoiler.

A few minor mods done including LED interior bulbs, that make a big difference especially in the boot and door lights, GR gear knob and even GR tyre pressure valve caps 😂, you can never have too much branding. Also glad the wireless car play dongle integrated seamlessly.

Had a brief drive today and I think all the superlatives have already been said. Next on the list a professional paint correction and PPF.

Car is looking fabulous! :love: Did you use the same LED lights for the interior/boot as the door lights? Are the door lights difficult to install?

Also, how long did it take for the boot mat to arrive from the US? Were there any custom charges?

Thank you, I love the rear 3/4 view just so aggressive with the spoiler.

Yes same LED bulbs for all those lights - T10s I think. The door light is hinged as the wiring loom attaches at the back of it so insert a trim removing tool on the edge of the light towards the front of the car and it pops down and out (some pics attached), you then just need to disconnect it but make sure the wiring loom doesn't spring back into the door card so best to use a bit of sellotape to hold it out if that makes sense.

The ones to be careful of are the interior bulbs, it's best to remove the screws to drop the dome light as if you remove the plastic light covers it isn't easy to remove the bulb without be it going up inside (not a big deal if it does as can easily drop the light fitting).

Boot mat arrived within 10 days and I never paid any custom charges on it.

My car is at the dealers since Monday and will be collected on 06/01 dealer sent me a little walk around video this morning. Thought that was a nice touch. App showed the car at the dealer straight away. So that seems to be working better now. Can’t be many cars left at Derby now.

Super helpful - thanks for the tips and pics, will reference these when I eventually got hold of the car!
 
Do any folks know how to decode the VIN ? 🤔 I appreciate it might be mentioned earlier in this post but I couldn’t manger to find the related post.
