I'm a sucker for those air-filled fender things... But they look really cheap. That's just my opinion, but they absolutely don't match the rest. The parts on the rear aren't pretty either. Mehhh.
I line the fenders although might work better in black as the colour match on the plastic isn’t as good. The rears I don’t like but if they are actually vented unlike the Tom’s vents I’d be interested. (Aware toms can remove lining)

I have to admit you are quite right.
Particularly that air outlet on the bonnet is very cheap, compared to what they did for the GRMN.
Is there any way to have the vertical handbrake and rear wing only?

The side vents look decent, but the rear vents scream cheap aftermarket—like they were knocked off in a Taiwanese sweatshop.

This car is slowly morphing into the FK8 Type R—and that’s definitely not a compliment.

Bit harsh of a comparison as none of those vents on the Type R were functional

Interesting comparison video. Looks like the power and trap speed difference between mk1 and mk2 is quite neglectable on the longer track run, more or less same trap speeds on straights.

Not tested on same day so not fully compareable but still.

How did my 2012 Megane Trophy get 8:08? Heavier, slightly less power, similar torque but worse tyres (re050a) gearing or is it a different length of track?

Picked up the GR on Friday last week. Incremental differences - most of all I'd say on the steering so far. Car feels more planted too. Early days - nearly through the running in mileage. Really liking the new dash too.

Looking for recommendations for a GR centre local to west London - closest to me would be GR centre great west road Brentford or in Surrey. Any feedback on those please? I'm thinking to change engine oil and diff oil - what have others done please?

Will be keeping the car stock for now.

GR centre just means they have a demonstrator. Service departments are all trained the same.

I hope I'm not bothering you by asking here, I got the mk2, compared to other cars it seems to have a "heavy" power steering... is this normal? I read that someone was complaining about the mk1... have they changed something?
