There is dealer communication in germany that demo cars and customer cars will be delivered end of september onwards.

I sold my 2019 Ford Focus 1.5 ST-Line due to ridiculous high used car market prices in May and got myself a 2014 Opel Corsa as a daily b**** awaiting my new GR 86 in late Summer this year ....
