PSA: If anyone wants to give this a go I recommend using a filament/material suitable for housing electronics e.g. flame retardant ABS. PLA is flammable and so is obviously not suited. Better safe than sorry!

I think it's more of a preference thing, keeping the car OEM, etc. I'm not sure I rate the glass Toyota's used anyway tbh. I've never had problems with aftermarket windscreens, but that's probably just coincidence.

Might not be able to record the exhausts with the engines under load but Japfest might be a good opportunity to capture some stock Vs remark side by sides.

Has anyone had their windshield swapped out yet? I had a chip filled a few months ago by Autoglass but it's continuing to grow. Not looking forward to the techs taking the trim and wipers off the car to get the glass out 🫤

I've got a filled chip in my windscreen that's continuing to grow slowly. Not looking forward to the inevitable ham-fisted removal of the glass 🙃
