Hey guys,

Not gunna lie I'm pretty gutted. Car was parked up on the drive when a black Ford Transit trailer decided to use my drive as a way to do a 3 point turn.
Yes your nightmares are now my reality.

Sorry I know the cars filthy, I WAS going to wash it this weekend. Driver of the trailer left the scene without leaving details. Apparently they almost hit a child while speeding away so clearly was keen to get out the area. Happened in Coventry so if anyone is familiar with the trailer please let me know. Have filed a police report online so just waiting to see if they want to pick up the case.

I hate trailers.
 
Feel for you mind and tell show them damage to wheel and tyre as well

The fact he lined up again. I hope the police take an interest. Folk like that have no place on the road.
 
What a bastard! Nice of him to give you a good look at his number plate, though. That’ll cost him!
 
I suspect he was quick to get away as that jag on the back will have him overloaded. A friends a traffic officer and is keeping very busy with transit recovery drivers at the moment.
 
What a **** not in a million years was he not aware of that. Been the victim of a hit and run myself and it boils my piss. At least you got clear evidence and a plate, cops should be all over that a nice simple cut and dried case to add to their conviction rates surely?
 
This is horrible. Really sorry to see this @Usman224 ; I hope you get your car back to its former glory soon.

I'm not too far from you (Warwickshire) and do frequent Coventry and surrounding areas quite a bit, so I'll keep my eye out for this pr*ck.

Yeah, I'm impressed, unless he knows where Usman is from. First thing I did was check the truck for identifying marks

edit: Best and only guess is the bins are recognisable to localish people?

Don't worry, I already screenshot this advert with the van in question and the phone number on it, just in case.

Usman posted there too. To be honest mate, I'd get all these details over to your insurance company and the Police, I expect they'll be quite happy to chase a lot of this. It's now up to this chap to establish he's not the keeper any longer
