That's a shame, but on the bright side you can get pi**ed instead and take them up on their offer / try to get something extra totally free, (full tank of super unleaded, flaps, spoiler, cargo net)?

Slight problem in so much as the CEO can’t drive following her shoulder operation, my son is back at work, so unless I get a taxi (which I’m not prepared to do ) I can’t get there. I’ve passed the problem to the Online team , they created it , they can sort it 🤷‍♂️
 
I still find it amazing that a company like Toyota can't even get customer service basics right. It's been a year of pretty much total incompetence. I echo what some others have said, get the car, enjoy it over summer then make a decision. You deserve some enjoyable drives after all the hassle! Just for info, my elderly dad, who isn't the most mobile, says the GR86 is way more comfortable to travel in than my previous Mini.

Ha ha. I'd resigned myself to the fact that my 82 year old dad who has many ailments wouldn't be able to get in / out of the car, but he does just fine and says that it's a very comfortable place to be. 👍

Joking aside I can’t say I’m shocked by the outcome for Andy given the general display I’ve witnessed through my own interactions with Toyota online.

Continuing to fail on an epic level given the product in question and only amplified by the customer base likely to own them being potential advocates for the brand if they simply avoided repeated displays of fuckwittery!

Apparently the “finance delay “ was due to the Finance Team not updating the new VED increase on the proposal , despite the sales team telling me about it over a month ago 🤷‍♂️ At least I’ll organise my own 🤬🤬ss up in the pub 🍺🍺🍺 , not leaving that to chance with Toyota 😂😂😂

On a happier note I am definitely picking something up today which has a motoring connection and thankfully zero Toyota connection 🤔😎

It will be safe 👍 I have a strict rule that if I’ve got the car keys it’s zero alcohol , I’ve instilled that in No1 son from day one of learning to drive , and the CEO does the same 👍 Off out to collect the motoring related item and have some 🍺🍺🍺 to celebrate my new 🚘 (not coming tomorrow) 😂😂😂

Five for sale on Auto trader, ranging from a c.2,000 miler for just under £37k, up to £40k.

The aforementioned £37k is fairly local to me (Coventry) - anyone on here?
