I have a colour dilemma though. Normally Sapphire blue would be a no-brainer for me but I'm not sure about it with those dark wheels.

As you say with such a short lifespan in Europe why bother creating an “edition” model when they can probably shift everything even without a ducktail or premium sound systemThere may not be much point in Toyota creating any special editions of these if demand outweighs supply.
Special editions are normally only there to create a few more sales in an otherwise flat demand.
Whether Toyota UK can get more of an allocation if the demand is higher than originally forecast is another matter entirely.
