Looking good are they Vossen πŸ€”πŸ˜Ž, IMO nothing worse than an all black alloy , wheel&tyre combination just looks like a black blob 😱
Andy not vossen but Japan racing my friend owns tarmacsportz and put me on to them, light flowformed and very well priced

Goodnight friend. My name is Miguel Angel. I'm from Spain. I have a GR Supra 2.0 258 horsepower for a few months. I bought it new and said I was going to leave it stock, but I'm starting to change my mind...I'm thinking of changing the wheels and putting on 20-inch ones. It has 18 as standard. I precisely want the design that you assembled. You say yours are Japan Racing?? Could you tell me the exact model? I had thought about mounting the JR SL01. The tire sizes I want to mount are 255/30 R20 at the front and 305/30 R20 at the rear. I don't know if someone on the forum has mounted wheels with those tires... Do you think it would be feasible? I would prefer the front wheels to be 9 inches, like the ones it has as standard, since I don't want to mount more than 255 in front... instead, in the rear, I would like to mount 305 with the minimum width of the rim, so I understand that the tires rear would have to be 11 inches, right?
Well, if all this is possible, I just need to know what movements to use so that unwanted friction does not occur...
I also know that if I ride big tires, I will have to lower the suspension because otherwise it will look horrible. My car has the "Touring pack", that is, it has adaptive suspension like the 3.0. My last question is... can I change the springs and mount some "Eibach" for example, without touching anything else in the suspension? Or would I have to modify the shock absorbers as well? I guess not but I want to hear it from you who are experts.
Well, thank you very much in advance and sorry if any sentence is not well understood since I had to use Google translate...
A greeting.

Eibachs fit fine no need to change anything else.
Those tyre sizes fit in supra arches also.
I will ask my mate what size wheels and offset he was using

Hi, the sizes you mention have been used on many cars but unsure if the wheels were 20", if you want guidance on tyre fitments this app is great
https://www.willtheyfit.com/
Also the sl01 is a real good wheel and quite a bit lighter than standardwheels

My friend ran 275 front 305 rear on 20s 9.5 wide front , rear 11” rear offset was +38 et front he can’t remember exact but high 20s ie 28et

He was powered on kw v3 coilovers and only rub was from the rear zl1 arch guards and was rare would been none without

Thanks for your quick answer. Finally a Supra forum alive!!!! πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… In Spain they are all dead. I don't understand what's going on. Instead, the BMW forums work perfectly. Anyway...
I used the website that you have told me a long time ago when I changed the tires on my Z4. It's very nice. The truth is that it helped me a lot. Then I open a presentation topic and put some photos... I don't want to dirty your thread...

I am going to study carefully the issue of changing tires because the truth is that I do not want friction of any kind, but if I change, it is to make it very fat...
By the way... Did you change the springs or do you have the standard ones? It looks great tall. If it stayed like this, I wouldn't change springs but I doubt it...
A greeting and thank you very much again!

Thank you! Well, I'll have to study it well because I don't want friction. Neither many nor few. Perhaps your friend's springs are shorter than the eibach ones and for this reason it rubs behind? Or maybe with a different displacement... Let's see if someone else can advise me and I'll take a look at the "Willtheyfit" website...
A hug and thank you very much!! πŸ˜‰

Yes I did change springs to the eibach euro z4 ones
It was expected. It fits perfect. I'm looking for eibach springs for the 2.0 and I can't find anything. 😳😳😳😳 I don't get it. There are only eibach springs for the 3.0????? I have even searched for the H&R brand and I can't find anything for my model either. ☹️ If anyone knows anything about it, tell me. Thank you.

This shot from this angle reminded me a little of this:

Those lovely Weissman coupes.

Tried looking for z4 lowering springs

I don’t think eibach differentiate between 2.0 and 3,0 same springs fir both. Not sure how the engine weight ch as need spring rate

More info looks like ac schnitzer for 2.0 specific or just bang some 3.0 on and be all good

Good night! I have been trying to gather information about it. The springs of the 3.0 are not the same as those of the 2.0. The 3.0 weighs 100 kilos more and logically, the springs have to support more load. But apparently, only the forwards. The rear ones in principle seem to support the same load. I have come to this conclusion because there are specific Eibach springs for the BMW Z4 30i (Serial number E10-20-046-01-22), and the front springs support up to 840 kilos of load. On the other hand, those of the Z4 M40i and those of the GR Supra 3.0, (Serial number E10-20-046-02-22), support up to 880 kilos of load on the front axle. The rear supports up to 990 kilos in both car models. I have looked at the "Autodoc" website (which is the website where I usually buy spare parts for cars) and they also sell H&R springs, and these are the same for both models.
Conclusion: I don't think it's transcendental, but I suppose it will be better to mount specific springs. But at the same time, I doubt that there will be any problem if the 3.0 is mounted on the 2.0.
I have tried to see if the references of the original springs that the BMW Z4 30i has are the same as those of the GR Supra 2.0 but Toyota uses other references so I cannot be 100% sure that they have the same standard springs, but I understand that yes they will be the same since the car is exactly the same in everything except for the casing... although the weight is not the same either... πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
Anyway... I'll keep thinking about it and if I decide, I'll tell you what I do. All the best!!!! Thank you very much for 2!!!! 😜😜😜
