GR86 What watch to match GR86?

it's GReeaaattt!

Very nice, though I'd say that's more metallic grey (other toyotas) than magnetite grey (twins), so that would annoy me ;)
That’s the fault of the bright showroom lights. In natural light the grey part of the bezel looks a lot darker and it’s almost impossible to distinguish it from the black - unlike the red & blue on my GMT ‘Pepsi’ which you can see from a mile away! 😁

As daily watch I wear this Seiko 5:

It matches the car very well. And as other mentioned already Seikos and GR86s have alot in common.

For Special occasions this one get some time one the wrist:

It is a Seiko Lord Matic Special from the 1970s.

Seeing as I've not bought any new timepieces since last year, I thought I'd go ‘retro’ and treat myself to a Christopher Ward 'The Twelve' (40mm) in glacier blue as my new GR86 driving timepiece. I look forward Rocking that 70s Vibe!
Edit: I've also added a light blue rubber strap so as I can swap as the mood takes me. Funkeh!🕺🕺

Well, I have only just seen this thread and no doubt, watches, pens, coins, motorbikes, the list could go do. Since I deem nothing in the boxes I own appropriate, then I would have to buy this Seiko. Tough, rugged and cheap with a flash of red. Sounds like my GR86 😁
