Some shiny cars there even on the underside

Doesn't that stop you from driving them - properly - just a bit?

New gaskets arrived yesterday, please excuse the dirty rear end 😉

one of the existing bolts was a fucker to get off but got there eventually, getting the new exhaust on was a doddle with my orange friend jack to support the two parts while I did up the bolts

Finally got the weather and time to clean my car. It's always good to get up close and personal with your car. This gives you a chance to see any chips, dents, scratches and wheel damage.
Luckily all looks good , apart from the wheels. The brake dust pick up is ridiculous . Any advice on cleaning wheels would be much appreciated.

Yeah I need to clean mine and that’s after I ceramic coated them (it’s been ages to be fair, but basically car looks entirely different with that purpleish/ dull hue rather than sparkling black):

I use a Jet wash with snow foam, then spray some non corrosive wheel cleaner on there and leave for a bit, then use normal car shampoo in a bucket and get in there with a wheel brush and detailing brush. The detailing brush is the best as it gets the dust and grime out of the inner corners where the spokes meet the rim. Final rinse with jet wash and then towel dry.

Then they’re good for another 6 months.

Which wheel cleaner & which detailing brush, please?

I have found that the Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner is great and comes with a brush sometimes too! BTW I think the Yaris looks best really dirty (which, as mines black, is most of the time..) :)
Same I use too, Also with the free soft brush 👍
