May sound flippant but it really is just down to mopping up any excess water with a towel.

Which is surely easier with the rubber mats?

I figure I'll be tracking the same water in regardless of the type of mats I have. One style is absorbent, the other isn't. I can't see it making much of a difference to the humidity in the car. Largely academic to me, as the AC doesn't come off in my car.

I'd be more concerned with the possibility of water getting _under_ the mats, though I'd imagine the carpet mats are rubberized on the back anyway.

Today tested my winter setup for cooling and got the oil temps to 105’C - seems to be fine.
Drove also one of the most fun gravel road there is.

Well almost! For my speeds Savontie is likely more fun thanks to more twisty corners and cambered(?) tight bends. Drive it 50mph and youre already almost leaving the ground

Today we got first snow and went little bit drifting with our 2 year old. Usually dad's car is not a rally car, but today it was.

Reduced the amount of button pressing needed on start up with these widgets sourced from Amazon Japan. Yes, expensive at £78 including delivery (5days) but it was driving me mad.

Now IMT is automatically on and Start/Stop is automatically off 5 seconds after starting. Easy to fit with a bit of help from Google translate.

I went for a drive. A proper drive just because I could, not because I needed to go anywhere.
Has been a daily but now bought a 4 yr old Seat Leon for daily duties ... so Yaris drives will be just for fun. Haven't driven it for a few weeks.

Result - - reminded myself just how good it is.

Had to reverse it cold up the hill so other car could get out of yard. Oh the pain I hate the smell of clutch in the morning. Worst gry experience by far.

iirc the DTUK box can do it, and there was a different speed limiter remover box as well. I expect something like that can also be removed with the remap.

Water doesn't pool on fabric.
