Manuals states 'do not drive at extremely high speeds' (autobahn or track, high loads) and 'avoid sudden acceleration' (no dragracing?

), 'do not drive continuously is low gears' (avoid low load!?!?) and 'no driving at constant speed for extended periods' (no cruise control/motorways).
Still bit vague...
I think it's a mistake to baby the throttle at max 25%, use 100% of the throttle once oil is warm! However, just for short bursts, 1-2s vs all the time for a ran-in engine banging off the rev limiter. Full torque/cylinder pressure is needed for pistons rings to seat and find their seal fully, however not all the time so excessive heat on microscopic level creates scores. Similar for brakes, they are so big, they do need some temperatures to get bedded properly... So a slightly spirited backroad drive with varying loads, revs and torque/throttle is close to ideal for breaking in the car
