Really happy with mine, glad I had them retrofitted. Funnily enough the dealer said there were two options they could order so they went with the most expensive option given TUK were paying. Not heard that before.

Definitely be interested in hearing more about this and what the difference is - would even be prepared to pay the extra if it was more integrated !

That's a mere flurry . Started to dig the xc60 but left it as the road was so bad and couldn't get out

I spoke to my dealer here in Germany again. he's under the impression that my car might even come with them fitted already since it's a January 2023 build date. he's under the impression that only the early cars will have to be retro-fitted (if buyer wishes to do so) and for newer builds they might be fitted at Zeebrugge already. i doubt it, but i guess i will find out once the car arrives at the dealership. ETA is still 17.03. supposedly.

Still sounds like retro-fitment, not factory install - I guess the equivalent in the UK would be fitting them at Derby rather than the supplying dealer.

Thanks for photos, looks pretty neat and tidy, been waiting 2 months for my dealer to not call me back (several times) on getting them fitted. But I think if it came as standard like those I'd be happy. Mine also silver so was keen to see that. cheers

Dealer phoned me today. They've ordered the parking sensors and I'm dropping the car with them next Monday to have them installed.

I said in a earlier post that they come unpainted and the dealer gets them painted, no they come painted, but mine were painted black (now Electric Blue on top of the black) and can't be used as they are not supposed to have extra coats of paint on them (we need a facepalm smiley, unless there is one and I can't find it) New ones should be available (hopefully EB) tomorrow.

When my dealer phoned, he mentioned that he was expecting the parts in a couple of days and just needed to get them painted, so I assumed they were provided with no colour.

i picked up the car last week and of course it was not fitted with parking sensors from the factory, but also not retroactively, even after two months of back and forth with Toyota DE and my dealership prior to taking delivery...

i have once again reached out to Toyota DE since I do not live close to the dealership i bought the car at and will have to get them fitted at a local dealer nearby instead.
