GR Yaris Ships in Transit

The first boat my car could be on is tantalisingly close now.

Knowing my luck it'll be on the Phoenix Leader though.

When did that last ship leave Japan?

On February 25 I got an email confirming my order, it was weird since I already had this back in July when I placed the order! Anyway I checked on the website with the web inspector and found a new order number (starting by J, idk what it means since I’m in Spain and it’s not the same as UK orders) aaaaand I finally had an ETA for May 13! However what intrigued me the most was the “leftLocationOn“ 2022-03-15.

The MyT app updated to “build in progress” last Sunday and hasn’t updated anymore since then, and Tuesday (March 13, the day I asumed it would leave the factory) the ETA to final destination did change… for worse:

I don’t know if anyone has experienced this before. I know the app/website tracking is not 100% reliable so I’m not sure what to expect now 😂 The dealer doesn’t know more than what is seen here either… it usually takes around 1 month to arrive here since going into build.

My understanding is the leftLocationOn is a target date of when it should leave. Use it with the isVisited one below it, and as that's notVisited, it's not actually left yet. isVisited should change to current and then visited once it's arrived at the next step. I'd say it's still in build

Yes, that's what I suspected. How long does it usually take to build?

Today the ETA changed again to May 23rd :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Dalian Highway - not left yet but looks a good shout for the next boat out.

Nice, in that case it would arrive in Sagunto mid April... fingers crossed!

Morning Cornet docked in Zeebrugge last night, this is the first ship that my car could realistically be on.

Checking Gmail for an update from the dealer every 20-30 minutes!

Been extra busy with work so no time to update the list. Will hopefully be back to it soon

Morning Cornet docked at Portbury on the 18th and nothing new underway since Dalianhighway left Nagoya on the 18th.

Between 7 and 10 days typically on sailings. Next boat should be due out of Nagoya soon.

Knowing my luck, the skipper of the ship with my car on will be Uncle Albert. I can already imagine the phone conversation with my dealership " Mark your car is now available. So if you would like to book an appointment for your scuba diving training it would be much appreciated.

Notification from my dealer that my car will be with them next week at some point so must've been on the Cape Town Highway which docked at Zeebrugge on 28/03. Good to finally know which one it was on. Thanks again to @Brasso for the insight :)

Almost exactly 1 year to the day since I placed my order!

Congratulations I hope that is the same case for me regarding ordering and receiving your car. So I should get mine in 6 days, but I very much doubt it

Enjoy your GR and please share photo's when you pick it up
