GR Yaris Ships in Transit

Brasso, I'm totally fascinated with your shipping updates. Please could you keep them coming on a regular basis as I'm putting bets on which ship my car is on .

I'm committed to keeping them going up to October as that should cover all the orders today assuming things don't slip again.
 
That's great news you will carrying on providing this info. I placed my order with a Northampton Dealership, so will be in your area to pick it up. Once I get a collection date I will let you know. I placed my order on 31/03/21 so my money is on Phoenix Leader as my order number is JU.
 
Has it gone in to build yet? Not seen anything past JR orders being built yet...

Have you had an in build notice on My T, as soon as you do it’s normally a case the car is on the boat after the one that’s just leaving port. The left the factory notice comes once the ship has departed Nagoya, normally 24/48 hrs later.
 
Unfortunately, I forgot my Apple password so cannot download the ap. Apparently you can log on to the website, I've tried doing this but it doesn't seem to like me. Any advice would be great
 
I’ve just had the left factory update today. JR number, it was in build status for about 10 days. I guess it will either already be on a ship or on the next departure?
 
Any help logging onto My T website would be much appreciated. Or is there anyone out there that also has a JU production number

If you have just got the left the factory notice it's already on a boat. Time to start following Phoenix Leader

I'd suggest reaching out to your dealer. Or giving Toyota customer services a ring.

As far as I know, your email address needs to match the email address your dealer logged for the order (exactly), sign up with MyT with the same email address and it should work. If it doesn’t, Toyota support may be able to help.

I’ve got a JU order number, no movement on the App unfortunately.

How many orders in each batch ? say if you have a JR **** for example , how many cars do they build before moving onto JS****, then JT**** etc , any ideas ?

The order numbers relate to all Toyotas so there is no correlation to GR’s specifically, its also not clear if it’s Toyota Europe or just UK that use the reference. There has been nothing firm on how many orders per letter but with 4 digits, you would guess 1000 or 10000

If it's any guide, I've not seen an J****** numbers on any Toyota Belgium/Luxembourg documentation, my order reference is an 8-digit number.

Given the difference in order numbers between other people with orders here, this is an incrementing reference shared among all models, probably like the UK.
 
Hey Brasso, do you have any view on ships bound for NZ? We are expecting 50-100 cars around mid-year, so do you have any idea what that could mean for leadtime to go into build and then onto the ship?

I've not followed ships to NZ so don't have any recorded data, but looking through my recent notifications Dream Jasmine left on 1st March and got to Auckland Anchorage on the 15th March, so just over 2 weeks. Dream Jasmine went to Yokohama first which takes a couple of days.

I don't know if this is typical but give you some idea.

Boats all leave the same pier so just a case of following the Yokohama ones and then seeing if they go on to NZ.
