It is noisy, but no problem. I have traveled at speeds of more than 160km/h and apart from the noise nothing else. How does the roof box travel?
Did you just cut off the studs that was in the CH-R clamps?A combination of Mazda CX5 and Toyota C-HR
I have just found another potential option that could be used for cars without rear doors. Has anyone else tried this?

Took off my roof rack yesterday…Looks good. I used CX 5 clamps but the Honda CHR appears to have a slightly Longer clamp foot . See post above ! I have had no problems with the CX 5 kit which has now been on and off several times with no marks on roof and no worries.
Can I ask you how long they were mounted and what was loaded on them?Took off my roof rack yesterday…View attachment 19335View attachment 19336View attachment 19337View attachment 19338

And I wanted to attach a complete medieval tent, etc. (>40kg) to it. It's a good thing I haven't got to that yet...About 3 months and just bike or two.
Yeah, I am not sure if it is the load or just the squeeze force and that the roof metal is really thin, anyway I don’t have to stress about hailstorms now…And I wanted to attach a complete medieval tent, etc. (>40kg) to it. It's a good thing I haven't got to that yet...
Yes I did. Other bike was trek full carbon frame and other was a normal frame bike.@Ralliesa did you use the exact same setup as lanman? And what kind of bikes did you mount? Thank you for sharing!
Anyone else who can report some kind of denting as well?
