I may be wrong but I'm sure I read on the US forums it's best to start when the engine is a little warm (not hot) as it makes the hose pipe more pliable to remove.Would you be charged those 2 hours or is that just how long they want it for?
They'd need time for the car to cool and some time to check it's working fine after fitting. If it's meant to have any sealant on it, then it'll be an hour before starting it up again.
Changing the oil pressure sensor is similar, takes a few minutes to remove and screw a new one in, but engine's gotta be cold, book says an hour for sealant to set etc
There is RTV when you remove it but every guide I've seen has used tape on the thread as a sealant.
