GR Yaris My Evo 6 build to GR Yaris build...

Nice. Does is feel it on the road?

I’m going to wait until I get my Dragy, do some testing, then get the latest v1 map from Andrew and test again. Might then swap for a JB4, before eventually going for a full remap.

Yes mate... I can feel the difference In the custom map update.... Mostly torque. 1 map is ultra responsive but less peak torque... Another map is less responsive but More torque and mid/top end pull.

Can see me Running it for a bit then remap.
.
.maybe a big boost pipe Kit.

Couple of final dyno arty pics and my first try at an Instagram reel. . Ace little car! Looks just how I want it now. 🙂

Small vid....

Hi.. Yes they are the deep dish motorsport ones with no center cap (not allowed in rallying) ... Made in a rare batch. 18x8 ET35 with a 7mm spacer and longer wheel nuts.
I may have the opportunity to purchase some motorsport wheels. Can I ask what spacers you went for and the spec on the wheel nuts? Cheers

Yes for 5 minutes 😂
Lol i drive a road grime black one, so i am not precious about a bit of dirt, just not sure about a black car white wheel combo for me!

But white on white looks great even with a bit of muck on them, it is a rally special after all...:ROFLMAO:

Well after going out in a collins mapped car.... It had to be done.

Tuning box sold......booked in at collins.... 2-3 hours later... Done.

Mid/top end is waaay more pull. Couple of Trackdays booked,i think I'll leave the power alone now.

Just fitted EBC RP1 track pads all round and titanium shims.

Speaking to collins their thinking is it between 315-330 bhp with my mods at 1.7 bar peak. I'll have it on the dyno in a few weeks to see. Haha.

Big thanks to Gary and Martin at collins performance.

Few pics from Collins and some arty cars and coffee pics that people have taken. 👍🏼

After looking at a few pics and reviews I ordered a greddy carbon/leather wheel from rhd japan.

Great service and took just over a week! 😎

Nice bit of kit... Controls and airbag swopped over easy.

Looking for some carbon window switch Covers next.

It's really nice to follow you on your mod-journey👍🏻

Also to see you've taken the extra mile and used the Assetti Maha 500.
Wonder if you could maybe share a 50-130km/hr run in 3th gear and see what it brings performance wise in real life (or a 80-120 km/hr).

Anyway, your car looks awesome!

Looks great 👍. Have you gone 225 or 235?

I'd be interested how you rate the PS5's across wet and dry fast road use given how well they seem to have done in reviews, and the difficulty that can be found with sourcing PS4S..

I've got the DTUK V2 box with paid for maps, Eventuri and Akra with OPF delete. The Collins remap is that much better??

I have gone 225...as they will just be used as normal driving road Tyres.

Well... A decent remap by someone who knows what they are doing will 99% of the time beat/out perform a tuning box. I'd say the difference in stock to tuning box... Then tuning box to remap was around the same. Just a level up each time. Pulls harder.. And I'm sure more boost and torque through out the rev range. Hopefully getting it on a dyno soon to see.

Added a few more bits lately...

Sold the gold speedlines and bought some super rare spare 9.5 st16 pumaspeed rims in bronze.,polished up and coated

Trd carbon effect switch covers

Automotive passion carbon fuse box cover

Carbon front strut brace to match the fuse box and eventuri.

Eventuri engine cover on the way.. 4 week order.

Winter job could be removing the twix wrapper on the roof and flatting/laquering/polishing/coating the roof.

To free up a few more horses I'm thinking of changing the exhaust system

Currently have the mongoose/collins opf back exhaust....the sound is great and not too loud.

But if I fit an opf delete pipe then it will be too loud, so I'm thinking new Fujitsubo R exhaust and an opf delete pipe....free up around 10+bhp and still quiet ish.

As a (cleaner) alternative, a better flowing primary cat does about the same and should cost roughly the same. Tiny bit louder only (1-2dB)...
