For those travelling from afar, or who fancy a few beers the night before, many of us will be staying at the Doubletree Hilton Milton Keynes. This isn't too far away from Silverstone, has lots of parking, is cheaper than the Silverstone hotel and has plenty of options for food and drink next door.
This hotel is popular with Japfesters, so please book early if you plan to attend.

List updated, we have 40 on the forum and showing approx 45 according to Japfest so great support. 
Once Japfest can update their IT I'll do a more detailed update.

Timings will be confirmed nearer the time - if booking the hotel we are at the Doubletree Milton Keynes Stadium, which is approx 20 mins away.

From memory you'll need to be on the stand by 9am otherwise you'll be in general parking. Many will arrive for 7am...

Great support for this event, thanks to everyone interested in joining us at Silverstone in April.
Remember to update this thread once you have ordered a display ticket, so we know who is attending. The only current reliable method of checking numbers is via forum user names when you update this thread.
Due to problems with the Japfest website in the days after the show's announcement, please remember to login to your Japfest account to check you have the correct tickets including your Club Display Ticket and any club passenger tickets. Open a support ticket with Kelsey Media if you have duplicates.
A couple of final points:-
For those who haven't signed up yet the Early Bird ticket discount officially ends 31st December so remember to take advantage of this whilst you can. Our Japfest club code is JF24-215
For members without tickets looking to buy closer to the event, the official club ticket deadline is 11th March, but from experience this date may change. To guarantee your place, organise your ticket in good time.
And finally if you fancy meeting some forum members the night before many of us will be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes. This is likely to sell out - if it does, worth checking Hotels.com and Booking.com who may have availability.
