I also had a comedy quote, but my car had snow on it when I collected it, so what’s a bit of rain?! 😂

Congrats! I paid my deposit last night, just need for Toyota to find the payment and send me the electronic docs to sign. They called me during the day saying it should arrive to the dealer next week. Hopefully they have my spoiler as well!
 
Looks like there are some shipping delays if anyone has a car on Durban Highway or Morning Laura.
These ships are stuck at Livorno in Italy awaiting docking.
Durban Highway was due at Bristol on 6th August, but now expected 12th August.
So it looks like delivery will be in September now.

I have been watching Durban Highway, as has been at anchor at Livorno since 31/7. I was expecting September hand over in any event.
It would be interesting to know what is causing delay.
 
Not sure what's happening with my car, said it was in Portbury last week then changed to in Derby. But this morning its saying its back in Portbury? Has this happened to anyone else?

I'd like a September handover now also, might as well have a 73 plate.
Also my part exchange value might be a bit better, as August is a slow time in the motor trade, values are lower.
Has anyone else used the BCA link Toyota online send?
I expect it's rock bottom trade price, and Motorway and Carwow are better?

When I filled in their PX form, their offer price was £5K lower than WBAC and over £7K lower than Arnold Clark!

Edit: These are the quotes I received for my 22 Plate Hyundai Kona N (2.0 DCT), with 3,900 miles.
Arnold Clark - £29,777. Peter Vardy - £27,400. WBAC - £26,845. Hyundai - £26,626. Toyota - £22,000

Has now updated to arrived at retailer! So under only 2 weeks to arrive at dealer from uk port (arrived in uk Portbury Monday 24th July) encase anyone is wondering how long theirs might take

Wow... We're due to go and see our sons in Stafford where there's a huge arnold clark.. I may pop in though I can't let the ePace go till October (or when the GR lands)

Yeah same £3k cheaper than WBAC, £4k cheaper than Motorway. I won't be part exchanging.
 
My trade in with Toyota via BCA was quite good. Faff doing the photos but set exposure to +1 to make it look better and price jumped a grand from original offer. Meant I had "spare" to get the Remark and a few other bits.

I got £1,200 more than Toyota's offer through Motorway and about £800 more than the closest part ex I could find so can definitely recommend them. Sold last Friday and collecting this coming Monday. You are not commited to sell until you accept the dealer offer.
 
Test drove one this morning and it's better than I expected and I had high expectations. Feels faster than the power figures say and the car the GT86/BRZ should have been. Dealer was pushing the rear spoiler very hard.

TOL confirmed mine is on Morning Clara too - expected at dealer early September so I’d say nothing to worry about

I have had an initial estimate from Motorway, but interested to know if final price much different?
