I saw a transporter with Toyotas on it including 2 new red GR86's, heading southbound on the M1 today around Leicester.

As long as any damage on wheels, scuffs etc is declared and factored in to your price I got offered exactly the estimated figure they gave me. Apparently over 50% of cars go for over this figure.
One of those could have well been mine, hope they were treated well
It’s just entering the Red Sea, (not that I’m obsessively tracking it at all !!)

Finally collected!!! A long wait since April 2022. It's my wife's car so not taken it for a spin yet but it looked damn good in my rear view mirror. His and hers Jap toys now. Ignore the shocking red wheels on my DC5, they are my track set with semi slicks. Apologies for rubbish picture quality. It said the files were too big so I had to screenshot each one.

Durban Highway seems to have finished unloading at Livorno, Italy after 4 days and now showing next destination as Bristol in 5 days (9/8)

Congrats. I love the DC5 too, they are dream cars of mine. I had one a few years back and would love another but I don't fancy dealing with the potential rust issues etc as I'm not the knowledgeable when it comes to that kind of stuff. Always wanted a facelift one with the Modulo kit on it.

Mine was only imported in November 2019, is always garaged and used very rarely through winter and seen a handful of rain days in my 2 years of ownership so not a spot of rust on it so far. Plan to keep it that way for as long as possible as so many are rotting away now unfortunately. Only on 65k miles and I do about 3k a year in it and a handful of track evenings a year. It's my first Honda and I love it but I always have my eyes on S2000's but I'd have to sell the DC5 to get one.
Has anyone else had problems making an online payment over £25K to TOL? I had to phone my bank due to the amount of the transaction, and they are not going to allow the payment until I have phoned a number published on the Toyota website and confirmed their bank details match what I was sent in the email.
That 25K is the daily limit, right? Doesn't TOL allow multiple payments over two days?
I agree. I drove my FK8 to the test drive as that’s what I’m shifting to make space for the GR and I was expecting it to feel significantly slower, but it didn’t. The test route at Toyota Oxford was also probably the single worst test route I’ve done before, and it still didn’t disappoint. Which I was worried it would.
