GR86 GR86- Cars for sale - General Discussion

Agreed I'll be keeping mine now as prices seem to be firming up and I recon they will be the same price next year even when they are a year older (maybe even a bit more), Dealer recently offered me £26,300 and they have an identical one for sale , same year, same mileage (albeit in grey) for £31,900. A £5,600 mark up just for cleaning it for adding some swirl marks to it!
EFA, as I believe the kids say

;)

It's a very pretty car for the money and great to drive, and Evo keep raving about it, so should help the values.
Just a shame the engine isn't very durable for track work, especially right hand corners lol

The best price i was offered was £27,440 which I agreed to initially but then I couldn’t come around to letting it go so I decided to keep it untill next summer and hopefully will get atleast that much with a private sale then.
July 23 black with 3700 miles.

I think they were trying to pull my pants down, mine's a Sept 23 with 3400 miles
As you say, best to keep it till next summer at least, I think the prices are gradually increasing, there's a batch 1 car just popped up on AT for £34,990 and its in that horrible light blue colour :D

Only joking @Sonic - it would have been my first colour choice if I could have got a batch 1 car (y)

I’m doing the same… I was offered a commissioned sale by a local performance car place returning ~£27,500 but there’s no guarantee and I’ve had one guy view the car (batch 1 owner who sold and regretted it) but he backed out..

Just over 8k now and she’s still not gone over 5,000 revs 😊

New car collection tomorrow so it’ll be used by SWMBO until “my” car has gone 😬

No… A Lexus UX

Saved £5,500 via Forces Cars Direct so not all bad.. Great to drive but a little bland.. The insurance was a shock, ~£280 for the GR but they quoted £530 for the Lexus.. managed to get it for £350 but it’s still higher than the Toyota 🤷🏻‍♂️

They must be smoking something if they think that price is reflective of a standard car! It doesn’t mention either PPF or Ceramic Coating, which would at least mitigate some of the higher price.. 🤡

Theres a batch 1 grey with ceramic coating and low milage on CC at the moment so that should give a good indication of the market

Mine has full PPF and ceramic coatings elsewhere. If someone wants it for £35k, they can have it tomorrow!!! :ROFLMAO: (y)

When will the first batch cars be coming off their PCPs, is that next year or 2026?
Be interesting to see the values against final payment due. Should hold their values.

I think most are on a 42 month PCP so May/June 2026. But I suspect all of the cars have positive equity, even at current trade in values so not sure that we will see a sudden shift in supply.
