They were on the car when I bought it (ex-dem), but the dealer said that's how it had come from Toyota. Not clean I'm afraid.

They look similar to Rallyflapz but aren’t, the rear liner looks drilled, I don’t think they come from factory. But I could be wrong. Makes you wonder is it really an ex-demo?

Well, if it's not ex-dem then it was likely run in more gently so I'll not complain!

Unfortunately, while the V5 states the number of previous owners (1) it no longer says who they are

Rallyflapsz : satin or gloss black ( scarlet flare car )

Personally I prefer the satin finish. I find the gloss ones can show scratches very easily.

hello. Just came over from the other forum. Was wondering if you guys would recommend the standard rallyflappz or the smaller rallyflapz based purely on function. meaning protection. A third option is the carbon ones from Automotive Passion. I want a discrete look, but most important is protection. Cheers!

These are the smaller Rallyflapz (ShortieZ) in gloss black, front only.. Difficult to photograph on a white car in bright conditions due to the contrast but I like them as I’m not keen on the BIG FLAPS look but thought they’d give some rear arch protection from stones. They definitely don’t stop the sides getting dirty with spray due presumably to low pressure airflow along the flanks. So far no paint chips which is the reason I got them and I’m happy with the look.
