Got this today multiple times, while driving in city in slow traffic. not pushing, usually the problem occurred once boost started.
Previously managed to clear the code but today it appeared again.
removed the battery terminal, did restart and test drive (short) and issue did not emerge again.
wonder what is the root cause for this? sent the same case details for maintenance guys if they know more.
Not sure if it can be ambient temp vs intake temp delta but likely not.
As error disappears and its not constant it feels abit like a sensor defect? If there was more severe issue it should appear all the time and not resetable?
At ignition switch to ON or during idling, the output values from the No. 2 turbo pressure sensor and the atmospheric pressure sensor built into the ECM are compared. If the difference in atmospheric pressure values is 15 kPa [2.18 psi] or greater, there may be a malfunction in the No. 2 turbo pressure sensor and atmospheric pressure sensor. In this case, the ECM stores a DTC.
