I mean it is simply that simple. I've had 5 services and paid a lot less than the fixed rate for every one of them. Each manufacturer will be different. I had a m140 where you added the servicing at build and that was dirt cheap.

This is exactly why you don't go on service plans. It's for people who don't know anything about their car and just nod, smile and hand over their credit card when the dealer talks about car stuff. The extra benefit of just paying for the work and parts you get done is that it's all itemised...

I cant see why anyone does these plans. You're better off paying time and materials for what you actually need doing when it needs doing. Trying to simplify the GRY requirements to some noddy big and small flip flop schedule is clearly going to mean you are over paying on services where next...

I just did it with the Dremel drill

I had mine done with dinitrol. All of the chassis and cavities. I didn't do suspension etc as that makes inspection more difficult. It was a week to do strip, 3 coats, cure and rebuilt. All of the sills, arch trim, exhaust, under tin etc. had to come off and about 40 quid of one use clips...

When I fitted the oem sprayer i did a lot of logging. It was taking 20.c out of the intake temps on hot days bringing them back down to about 10 over ambient max. It's a neat solution but my 6l tank only lasts 4 minutes....

Yeah that's a good point. I got it from the top mount. That way I can push the camber without putting the wheel really close to the strut too.

I found the extra caster really helped. I have 7 degree currently. My tyres finally wear even at -3.5 and mines -2.5 camber and I don't experience any straight line, braking or wet issues.
