Saito san will not be the one denying your warranty, it will be Toyota corporate warranty & risk and if they want to void it, they will regardless of what you say. Best to completely avoid the situation with 5w30 is GF6A and SP grades such as Total Quartz 9000 Future with adequate oil cooling, 3,000km changes. Stockpile parts for when the clutch goes as that is engine out anyway.

So changing to 5w30 oil (or any other, for that matter) means losing your warranty, basically.

Yes, and also only Toyota manufactured/marked oil, we had a meeting recently, and without beating around the bush, Relax warranty will only be honored if every maintenance is all Toyota OEM parts/liquids, oil included, that is why for further maintenances i will be using the much more expensive Toyota OEM oil in stead of Valvoline that is up to spec perfectly, if something were to happen, they can digitally see in the work order what oil was used, so i wont risk it.

Well, that depends on the circumstances which appear to be quite rare for a stock car. E.g would require a combination of bad fuel, high heat and possibly poor maintenance thrown in for good measure.

Not much point as the 3 cylinders have their exhaust pulses well seperated already (equalling twin turbo on a six and quad on a V12), other then pure flow optimisation which is minor in the grand scheme of custom exhaust manifolds... Unless really going for top power far beyond what can be considered durable beyond pure dragracing...
