very few will come to the UK too. I expect the pricing and extremely limited allocation to make them more of a dream for most. There's still hope for the wing, though; if the Special Edition car with it is available in the UK, it should be easier to get a part number and ask Toyota to source it.

Doesn’t it say ‘details of U.K. availability in March 2024’. Or are you assuming that will be none?
You know I actually not a big fan of that rear profile with the wing there.
Also not a big fan of the reverse light and fog light position, they are so much more visible. And they look a bit slapped on.
What's annoying is I'd like to do the bottom section but you have to do that bar too because of the fog and reverse light relocation.
And I don't think you can relocate the Yaris badge as leaves a hole on the existing model. Nightmare.
However. I am a huge fan of the Kalle Donut button.

I'm pretty on board with the MK2, but these new 'limited edition' models seem like they're straight out of a boy racer's dream journal. That wing is so excessively large, I wouldn't be surprised if I accidentally took off while driving over a speed bump. And the color? If '50 shades of gray' were about paint colors, this would be the dullest chapter. But the real pièce de résistance is the French flag on the front. It's so prominent, I feel like I'm chauffeuring Napoleon himself. Unless they're paying me in croissants and fine wine, I don't see why I'm rolling around advertising French patriotism.

Having read the post from Toyota UK about these Kalle/Seb-versions, one could think it is coming to Europe, but TGR posted today there will be a lottery of 100 cars in Japan. confusing

It may seem abit OTT on the styling but I’d have the Rovanpera edition and I love that wing! Then again I like the FK8 type R so not necessarily the best judge of taste…
I hope they do bring the special editions to the UK, but I think this is just Toyota adding to the hype.
It may be on the UK website, but I think any references to UK allocation will be referring to the 'standard' Mk2 and the specials will be forgotten about.

So RHD only then. I'd be happy with the regular grey one, still looks best imho.
