Mine changed to a JQ number today when I updated the app but still says processing.
Considering I’ve had my car for two weeks now it’s fair to say the app can’t really be relied on!

Mine arrived today, must've ordered the wrong size as I don't think my bike will fit in the back. In all seriousness though given the experiences of MRSUB etc, I will be eagerly checking my emails/app regularly again.

Just had an email this afternoon from Toyota My T to say my car has arrived at the dealership, checked the app and it’s gone from processing to at retailer.
I would be more excited about this if I wasn’t already driving my GR-Yaris and have been for the last 3 weeks!
 
Hang in there folks, Mine changed to the JRxxxx on Monday last week when I updated the APP, I checked it again last Tuesday during the day and still "Order processing"

Then at 17:20 (Yes I remember the time :ROFLMAO:) last Tuesday I checked again and it went straight to "In Derby"

Good luck to you all.

Cue furious APP checking tomorrow after 17:00 :p

I'm impressed, that's the first one I've seen where the order system was showing up _after_ delivery!
 
Anyone know what order numbers were are up to in the Uk ? Last I remember was late February / early March 21 starting to come through and up to JU ****.
 
My JS**** order from middle of March is still showing as September. Latest order number I've seen is a JR*** one.
 
Where do you get the numbers from? I put a deposit down with a local dealer in March 21 and have no references or numbers like that. Was due to get the GRY in May but heard it might be Q3, since the guy who took the deposit left the dealer seems to have no clue about the updates.

You can check in the app or log on to the my Toyota website and if should be the number at the top on your account. If not then ask your dealer for a screenshot of the COL2 and if should be at the top. Also re: other post I have a JS order number but on the old forum I think I once read that JS was for general cancellations. Could be wrong. I think JR is well in build/arriving now though based on various posts here.
 
my order nymber has changed to a JY number. Ordered May 2021

The my T app doesn't let me do anything because I dont have the VIN number/QR code or Reg number to get any further than the first screen????? how do you get passed that bit to see any info on myT?
