I got a Toyota branded safety kit in the boot also, first aid kit, warning triangle, hi Vis vests etc.

Should the keys have a GR badge on them, mine are just plain.

Still no date for mine yet or an ORCA number from Toyota.

I did test drive a car today though (thanks Toyota Bishop's Stortford!) and it was absolutely excellent. Can't wait for the order to be confirmed now (it's almost a week since I placed it) and then I just need to work out how to pay for it.

I was due to collect mine today and was super excited but Toyota accidentally collected this week believing it was a cancelled order. The car is back in Derby now. Gutted and waiting to hear when I can have it, so frustrating.

Picked up my car today :)

Overall very pleased.

Slight hiccup on set up as they said could not enable remote windows down and passenger door unlock as default. The Master tech has now confirmed it can be done and is on a sub menu so will have to return

.

I received the handover poster art work and was told they were in parts dept and not initially handed to sales.

I have attached a pic if you want to refer to part number.

No safety kit i mine... is this a standard item or a dealer cost option?

My key is plain no GR logo.

Oh dear - sooo sorry for you. The TOL experience is looking pretty sketchy

It doesn't work, it complete disadvantages you. Dealers aren't as interested, there's too many people in the mix and hence mistakes happen. I won't be using it again. I really want the car so have to deal with it for now. Fingers crossed for delivery next week 🤞

They really have perfected the art of being incompetent!

You're right, it doesn't work. When you get the satisfaction survey call, don't pull any punches. I explained to them in plenty of detail all the issues I had and how I would not have been able to purchase the car without human intervention. All the people I dealt with were great - both the dealership and the person at TOL, so I scored them highly but the online process itself as zero.

Do the dealers not bother to check it or just hope you don’t notice? Toyota have always been spot on to deal with as a brand. Feels like dealers are generally making things hard because they don’t want this online process to receive good feedback from customers…

Thanks all for the advices. I will try to request replacement.
