GR Yaris What did you do to your GR Yaris today?

Lifted it.




Picked up a mobile hoist from a mate. It needed some fettling and a little care but all good now. Very useful for the odd job like swapping out track wheels, ripping the nose off for the odd mod etc. First job will be swapping the muffler rubber supports for nylon ones. That is lowest locked height, full height is 1m under the wheels. Scaffold planks are needed to get the car high enough to push the hoist under.
 
I hope you have told your insurance company about the PPF. A friend informed his broker of the PPF on his 2 cars which were insured with different companies. One said fine, no problem and the other cancelled his insurance with 7 days notice. He had to argue back and forth through the broker that he would not have to answer yes to the question have you ever had your insurance cancelled.

Where should my head ever touch a bar, when i‘m not using a helmet? 😅
But besides that, it‘s a 100% race car now. So the only time when i‘m driving the car and not wearing a helmet is, when i get it on and off the trailer. 😁
