As Tuesday is rapidly approaching I sent TOL a mail today to ask for confirmation of the advised Tuesday collection day, transfer of funds had been completed 9am Friday.
Curiously........or not as the whole thing has been a shambles as we are all well aware I didnt get a reply to my mail!!
I called dealer a few mins ago and yes your cars here, its just waiting on a reg assigned and a PDI!! You're gonna struggle to do that by tommorrow I said jokingly!! It's down for a Thursday collection he said!! I can see how the T's got confused, but my T's are very well aligned Tw@ts!! :ROFLMAO:
 
Am I the first 23 plate? I collected my Electric Blue manual today, @AndyRC! I'm number 156 on the magic list.

Collection was easy at RRG Huddersfield, and the team there were every bit as excited as I was.

It was dark and raining (shocker!) so no car pic yet, but these were the goodies I was given.

So pleased to have joined the ranks of lucky GR86 owners!

Nice one on the 23 plate and the goodies, same here, no goodies or freebies! As above, handover felt more an inconvenience to them.
 
Congrats!

Nothing for me either during the the handover.
It was so rushed and far from an "experience" to be honest.
To date the dealership still ignores my messages around organising Toyota Protect (PPF) - they are concentrated on "family" cars these days.

This looks like a decent haul @CarlosTheJackal - perhaps worthy of an entry in the freebies thread!
 
175 collected today, a lovely lady handed it over but all I got was 2 keys and a mere 1 bar of fuel!! Just enough to get me to the petrol station :ROFLMAO:
Managed to get in about 80 B road miles this afternoon, and Im still grinning like a kid a Christmas!! If people find fault with this at 30K...well!!!!
