Ohh my my… the snow really highlights those sill lines

They are surprisingly pronounced side sills to be fair. My little legs barely miss them when I get out of the car haha.

I will be checking shoes of passengers for buckles or anything which might scratch them, them make them remove them or maybe carry some sheep skin slippers in the car for them to change into!

@AndyRC I'm not on your list but I collected my manual Sapphire Blue GR86 from dealer (Stoneacre Gateshead) on Saturday. The handover was a bit of a chore, but I have it now. Have only managed about 40 miles so far, 15 today in the snow, but I can tell it is going to be fantastic, although my 200 mile commute is going to be a bit noisier than it is currentlyView attachment 12592

Lovely looking colour. Its bloody noisy on poor tarmac isnt it! The test drive I didnt notice that much, but coming home from the dealer in mine yesterday on an average A road it would be hard to have a conversation in it

@AndyRC #61 collected 19.1 Not much love from the dealer with little cleaning, no fuel etc but doesn't really matter.
Will be going back in a couple weeks for ducktail and sensors. Early days but love how you can feel the gearbox is directly connected to your hand without any rubberness (?). Even under soft acceleration and braking the gear-lever moves with the engine - just like my RX7 from 30 years ago. Happy days!
