Not for this generation, but it won't be long until they have a compatible reverse lockout and expand the range.
 
Daft question time… is it simply a matter of twisting the existing knob off to unscrew and remove it? Any trickery with the reversing collar to be aware off?

Not a daft question - and something to bear in mind - you cannot fit any old knob with the right thread - it must be compatible with the reverse collar.

I ordered a GT86 one and the knob fits but working with Toxic Knobs on the reverse collar solution currently as the one it came with for a GT86 locked reverse out! Will post when sorted.

I have the GR knob, so shouldn’t be any issue on that front thankfully! Am I looking at a straightforward screw-off/screw-on?

I suspect it probably would fit as the thread is the same on the Mustang and it does have a recess for the lockout but would likely need some locktite to stay in place.
