I was so smug yesterday that I'd gone in to build. Now everyone has leapfrogged me and left me behind again

Anyone (I guess the early bird orders) know how long the "in build" status is meant to take? Says building the car takes 15 hours, which is why I have spent most of today smashing F5 on the website.

I think someone said before. It’s 3 months from when it goes into build to delivery. Which going by my dev tools trick I would expect mine in build before 10th august.

No, color is no factor in which order the cars are built.
They dont even build the cars by type.

Oh wow! So it can be a couple of weeks from Build to Left Factory. I assumed it would just be a short interim status.
I'll stop wearing out my F5 key on the Toyota site then...

Just had an update via email from Toyota online:

"Thanks for your email and yes it's in the UK, I'm unsure of the ETA at the moment. We have delayed delivery of GR86 cars pending finalising the vehicles’ introduction for the European markets. The Vehicle Order Tracker in the myT app will update to "In Transit" when it is due for delivery to Steven Eagell Toyota (Bishop's Stortford).

I'm sorry I'm unable to provide any further clarity at this particular moment and if there is anything else I can try and assist with please do let us know."

So 'shut up and wait' seems to be the best advice

My order was confirmed via email at 10:07, 20th April, for a Sapphre Blue manual GR86.

Has been Processing Ordre for months, and still Processing Order today. But the dev tools now shows ...

A couple of observations... (1) no VIN yet, so clearly not that advanced, and (2) is says "basedOnStatistics": true, so clearly the date is an extrapolation at best.

For those with In Build or In Transit status, do you see the VIN populated and is basedOnStatistics true or false?

I can see a VIN on the dev tools and I've added it to the My T app, which says it's a GR86 so I think that the latest updates are pretty accurate.
Mine was one of the ones that updated yesterday to "left the factory".
