GR Yaris (Gen 2) GR Yaris Mk2 (MY2024->)

There’s also a manual on AT now for £48.5k claiming it’s on delivery miles with 200 on the clock 🤔 hope mine doesn’t come with 200 when I pick it up later 😂

I'm assuming someone at the independent dealer ordered one to flip unfortunately, listing says it was transported from dealer to their showroom, I hope no one justifies this crap by purchasing at this price but some folk have more money than sense

10 miles on the clock, typical British weather very wet. As mentioned by Robin USB lead is quite cool with multi attatchments for android and Apple with toyota logos on it.

Also…. Good news! My carbon fibre arch guards from the mk1 do fit perfectly without any adjustments.

Excuse the dirt already!

Anyone with a MK2 living close to Automotive Passion in Irvine? I would like to order some carbon mudflaps for my car. Unfortunately the wheel arch has changed from the MK1 so they would need to take some measurements on a new car.
The mk1’s fit the mk2.

Bit more sensible on the markup.
It’s such a shame that

The cable has already been sent to the cable pile. There’s a blue led on the USB-C cable 😡

Wait, can this OEM cable charge multiple iPhones and easily switch between USB-A and USB-C? Apple’s closest equivalent is significantly more expensive because it requires several adapters and other aftermarket solutions are mostly crap.

Could someone provide the part number? That would be really helpful.

I wouldn't get too excited. It's just a basic cable with adaptors tied onto it.

Boot mat and emergency kit are now included as standard along with a USBC cable. No leather documents wallet anymore.

As said enjoy the car, great choice and colour, been following/ lurking this thread for a while , I refused the ballot, it seems a shame we can't pass that onto someone on the forum who genuinely wants a car, or enter the ballot and if successful pass that on to someone on the forum, and not just to make a quick flip and profit.

Regards Russ..

It can’t charge multiple at once. It’s just a cable with changeable types of usb and port ends. Part number was TBMTC-EPHON-24

I just thought it was quite cool they’d actually gone to the effort of getting it badged.

Thanks for confirming the carbon mudflaps fit. I did order them last week so hope to receive them next week.

So a few initial thoughts about the new car.

The dashboard whilst it isn’t a looker sat behind it everything is in the right place. The only annoyance for me will be the wing mirror adjustment has been moved further away but I’m inner city driving so drop my mirrors often to park, I’ll get used to it but a slight inconvenience.

New dash layout is great and being able to see all the temperatures, & tyre pressures at the same time is much better than before.

Rear spoiler the brake light has been taken out but it’s the same part as it has a blank in place of the brake light.

Boot feels much heavier not sure if that’s just the new struts needing to bed in or if they’ve put more sound deadening in.

UK cars come with a boot mat now which helps to reduce noise and it feels a much quieter place to be than before
