Just logged in online and checked using the developers tools, looks like there is indeed movement as I now have an ETA of 28th June to final destination!

What is the black magic method of using developers tools to track the ETA? Is that on the Toyota website & why people occasionally post lines of code on here?

There was a post about it on the old forum.

Login to my Toyota using chrome, go to the page that shows your car and click on the icon.

Press function f12 (on a Mac, not sure about laptop) and the developer tools comes up on the right hand side.

Click on the network tab
In the search bar copy and paste the order number in the web browser, should be the last section of the web address in the browser.

Then press cmd r to reload the page, click on the long number 4th from the bottom of that list. This should show the status etc.

This maybe doesn’t make a lot of sense without screen shots I’ll add some tomorrow if it would help.
 
Hah amazing thanks, not sure how I missed that previously. Those instructions all worked perfectly for me, cheers.

I'm a JS order which I think from memory on the old forum might mean it's a letter for cancellations. The original order was mid March but I took its place on 5 April and I get 20 June ETA from the developer tools, so would fit in well with what you've got as well.

Ah great glad I managed to help!
The cars will probably end up on the same boat.
One of the lines showed me a eta of 16/04/22 for the car to leave the factory, have a dig around see if you can find yours 👍

What are the first 1 or 2 numbers after JS? I've a JS54 I think so can't be much longer!
 
Mine starts with JS8*** so perhaps this is where the order numbering logic breaks down 😂 I imagine it’ll be the same batch though so yours would be updated soon? If it was also a cancellation that could affect it too depending on the original order date.

Yep mine says Left Factory on 09/04/22, but see if they actually do end up being on the same date! And if that date sticks too. Thanks for all this, sort of makes lack of any other updates much more interesting.

I've redacted a few bits of the order number here in case anyone is clever enough to do anything with it, but this is what I see.

Highlighted the delivery ETA and left factory ETA
 
True, but im waiting for more than a year. I need the car right now! :)
 
Showing null for majority of my status as well, ordered very end of April

I hope the update on ehath28 order is correct as I've also got a JU order and booked my car in for 4 days of pampering
