GR86 Window and boot - clicking noises

I have noticed a clicking from the Driver side window as I am making good progress. At first I thought it was the salt/grit being thrown up from the road but today the roads were clear. Opening the window makes it go away. I think it is the glass vibration against the rubber - when parked I pressed the window and could hear the ‘tick’ as it moved back away from the seal. I’ve used some gummie stuff on the seal and RainX along the window top edge, so we’ll see how it plays out. Just annoying as it’s right by yer ear hole 👂

I get exactly the same only on the drivers side.
How did you get on with your solution/‘s?
