GR86 What did you do with your GR86 today

Took the car down to the local jet wash - tried out a Marolex foam sprayer with some Bilt Hamber suds and quietly impressed; its not going to give a result in comparable to a pressure-wash-mounted foamer, but did the job nicely enough (bit of a workout with the pumper!). Tidied alloys at home.

Seen a fair few GT86's about the past week. Also mobile speed cameras... van giving me a run probably got caught when I slowed for one I knew about.

I'm red; but yes, the one pointing south on the A24 just after the 70->60 near Horsham. Imagine it'll catch a fair few today,

That's the one! Saw it on to way to Essex about 13:00, I was in a company car and just pottering thank fully.

Ah OK I saw a white one with what looked like white 'alloy protector rims' in Findon Valley today.
 
Today, I have reached peak excitement, by modifying my lightweight sports coupé to better handle shopping trips. Boot mat and cargo net installed :D

Collected my A4 print... Only took 3 months to get it.. I'll get one side copied and I'll frame it like another forum member has done... It's a great idea

They had what looked like a brand spanker GR86 in white at Lindop's when I called to get it...

I also had a look at the C-HR in case SWMBO does make me sell the GR after a year... Seems pricy but I like it... I'll have a look at the new Prius too when they get it (around April) ... Don't shoot me but the Prius looks really cool (shape wise)
 
Penultimate Christmas AliExpress order arrived and fitted: Extra seatbelt pads for the rear (to match the front). Just a ‘Hoodie’ gear knob cover to receive and that’ll be my drunken Xmas red-wine orders complete! Huzzah! No more tat in the mail 😝 … for a while at least.

My CF effect tape has arrived (along with my bonnet struts), but the weather has put a dampener :sneaky: on the fitting. Do the door sills just pull off or will I need my pry tool? Be much easier to do inside in the warmth . . .

A firm lift upwards and they come away. I went to use my plastic pry tools but tbh they came away easily enough without. So much better to do it in the kitchen with a cup of coffee and good light...

I’ve had that cargo net in my watchlist, now you’ve confirmed it fits it’s in my purchases 👍🏻
 
I just got my Mod Society mirror module today. Took about a week from order.

I currently have waiting to fit…

Folding Mirror Module

TRD spoiler
JDM numberplate holder.

Got plenty to do. [emoji23]
